Abstract

Profiles in Anxiety: Molecular, genetic, neuroanatomical, and behavioral studies are aimed at understanding the neural basis of individual differences in emotionality in animals. The role of stress-related molecules, and the search for new candidates through microarrays are described. This sheds light on the causes of vulnerability to depression and anxiety disorders.
